Benutech Launches New Spin On Paperless Real Estate Transaction Management

Benutech, Inc. announces the launch of ReboCollab, its new real estate transaction management software package.

Designed by real estate professionals for real estate professionals, ReboCollab starts with the basic online viewing and signing of real estate documents and innovates far beyond, creating an invaluable platform. Patent-pending technology enables disclosures to be filled out online, and the system uses assessor data to pre-map and/or pre-populate standard forms to ensure that all needed signatures are acquired. Version control and other organizational features, coupled with a straightforward drag-and-drop document movement system, provide the most recent version of the documents to the correct people at the right time.

A unique feature of this paperless transaction management system is that it doesn’t mandate digital signing. If a party prefers to put pen to paper, their documents can be printed, signed, scanned, and re-uploaded into ReboCollab, which incorporates advances like QR codes and an electronic document splitter to automatically recognize and import the documents just as if they had been signed online.

“So many transaction management software systems focus just on the Gen X and Gen Y users, but the baby boomers still play a critical role in the real estate space, so our goal was to design a platform that everyone could use,” said Benutech CEO Ryan Marshall.

Additionally, ReboCollab can be used both by an individual real estate professional or an entire enterprise; managers and coordinators can perform all the same functions as realtors, and the dashboard system keeps different transactions separate.

“Currently there are no shortages of transaction management software systems in the marketplace, but none of those systems have the functionality or the usefulness to the broker/owner or realtor that ReboCollab offers. RealOrganized, Inc. Improves RealtyJuggler Real Estate Software

Today, RealOrganized, Inc. announced the addition of three new video tutorials and an upgrade to RealtyJuggler Real Estate Software.

The three new training videos cover the topics of advanced DRIP Sequences, MailChimp Integration, and Calendar. The first video shows how to create time-release letters and emails from scratch and explains how to include tasks as well. In today’s slow market, prospecting is more important than ever and Goals can make sure you stay on track.

Email Feed has been dramatically improved. Email feed allows agents to feed leads into RealtyJuggler from any web site including the agent’s personal website. Improvements include special converters for Zillow, Realtor, Trulia and 23 other lead sources. Contact information is loaded with additional precision including auto-formatting of phone numbers. Duplicate data is now skipped, allowing for a cleaner Prospects database. The Email Feed feature provides an ideal way to bring all leads together into one centralized hub for better management and follow-up.

A number of other improvements were also made in the Commissions calculator, display of names, Top Producer Importer, the Calendar, Expenses, Postcard Label Printing, and in numerous other areas throughout RealtyJuggler. Features are added in response to client feedback and are always added with an eye to making improving RealtyJuggler by making it even easier to use. easier to use and simpler.

The most commonly used loan, the 30-year fixed-rate mortgages, averaged 4.93 percent for the week of May 13, down from the week before of 5 percent, according to a survey released by Freddie Mac. Reuters reported that this is the lowest the rates have been since December 2009.

“With the homebuyer tax credit now over, this is a welcome reprieve for individuals looking to buy now,” adds Breon. “Summer is a widely-known as a busy time for the real estate business here in Austin. The drop in mortgage rates is an added benefit for both buyers and those looking to sell their homes.”

The deadline for apply for the homebuyer tax credits was April 30 and those who signed contacts before that date still have until June 30 to close on the sale.

“The federal tax credits gave the housing market a shot in the arm, and now lower home mortgage rates should help the real estate market recover even more. I am optimistic about the future of the real estate market, especially in the Cedar Park and Leander area.”
